የፌዴራል ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤት የልምድ ማጋራት ተግባሩን ቀጥሏል
ፌ.ዋ.ኦ፡ ሰኔ 19 ቀን 2016፡- የፌዴራል ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤት ለክልላዊ መንግስት ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤቶች እና ሌሎች የስራ ኃላፊዎች እያደረገ ያለውን የልምድና ተሞክሮ ማጋራት ተግባር አጠናክሮ ቀጥሏል፡፡
የአማራ ክልላዊ መንግስት አፈጉባኤና ም/አፈጉባኤን ጨምሮ የክልሉ ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤት የስራ ኃላፊዎችና ባለሙያዎችን ያቀፈ የልዑክ ቡድን ሰኔ 19 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም በፌዴራል ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤት በመገኘት የስራ ልምድ ልውውጥ አድርጓል፡፡
የፌዴራል ዋና ኦዲተር ክብርት ወ/ሮ መሠረት ዳምጤ ለልዑክ ቡድኑ አባላት የመ/ቤቱን ታሪካዊ ዳራ፣ የህግ መሠረቶች፣ ኦዲትን የሚመለከቱ የአለም አቀፍ ህግጋቶች፣ ከተወካዮች ም/ቤትና ከመንግስት ወጪ አስተዳደር ጉዳዮች ቋሚ ኮሚቴ ጋር ያለውን ግንኙነት፣ የኦዲት አይነቶችና ሽፋን እንዲሁም ሌሎች ጉዳዮችን በሚመለከት ገለጻ አድረገዋል፡፡
አያይዘውም የመ/ቤቱን የኦዲትና ሌሎች ተቋማዊ አደረጃጀትና አሠራሮች እንዲሁም የቋሚ ኮሚቴው አደረጃጀት፣ ተግባርና የተጠያቂነት አሠራር በሚመለከት ተጨማሪ ገለጻ ያደረጉ ሲሆን መ/ቤቱ ከክልል ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤቶች ጋር ያለውን ግንኙነት በማንሳትም በርካታ የቴክኒክ፣ የልምድ ልውውጥ፣ የአቅም ግንባታ ሥራዎች እንደሚሰሩ አንስተዋል፡፡
የቡድኑ አባላት በበኩላቸው ስለኦዲት ውጤትና ተጠያቂነት፣ ስለ ተቋማዊ መዋቅር፣ ስለ ተወካዮች ም/ቤትና ቋሚ ኮሚቴ ሚና፣ ስለበጀት፣ ስለተቋማዊ ነጻነት እና ሌሎች ጉዳዮች ተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ እንዲሰጣቸው ጠይቀው በክብርት ዋና ኦዲተር ወ/ሮ መሠረት ተገቢ የሆነ ተጨማሪ ገለጻ ተደርጎላቸዋል፡፡
የልምድ ልውውጡ ስለ መ/ቤቱ ተቋማዊ አሠራርና አጠቃላይ የኦዲት ሂደት ሰፊ ግንዛቤ ያገኙበት መሆኑን ከልምድ ልውውጡ በኋላ አስተያየታቸውን የሰጡት የቡድኑ አባላት ስለተደረገላቸው አጠቃላይ የልምድና የተሞክሮ ማጋራት ሂደት ምስጋናቸውን አቅርበው የፌዴራል ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤት ለአጠቃላይ ሀገራዊ የኦዲት አሰራር አድገትና ለክልል ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤቶች ጥንካሬ እያደረገ ያለው ድጋፍ የሚደነቅ መሆኑን ገልጸዋል፡፡
የፌዴራል ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤት በዋናነት እያከናወነ ካለው የኦዲት ስራ በተጓዳኝ የክልልና የፌዴራል ከተሞች አስተዳደር ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤቶችን አቅም በስልጠና፣ በቴክኒክ፣ በልምድ ልውውጥ እና በቁሳቁስ የመደገፍ ውጤታማ ስራ እየሰራ ይገኛል፡፡
OFAG Actively Continues Sharing Experiences
OFAG: 26 June 2014:- The Ethiopian Office of the Federal Auditor General, OFAG remains very active in the attempt of sharing its institutional working experiences to the Auditor General Offices & other entities at regional level.
On such vital practice of OFAG, higher level officials from the house of people’s representatives of the Amhara Regional State and other staff members of the regional office of the Auditor General attended in work visit at the Office of the Federal Auditor General & made profitable sharing experience on June 26/2014.
In her organized presentation, H E Mrs. Meseret Damtie, the Federal Auditor General clarified the historical background of the office, the overall institutional legal issues & global declarations in auditing, the mandate & role of the parliament in auditing tasks, the audit coverage of the office and also other related matters to the delegates.
Based on the request of the delegates for further elaboration of extra points, the Auditor General described about audit accountability, institutional structure & independency, budget allocation, the parliament role in the auditing activities & others.
Pointing out successful cooperative works of the Federal & Regional offices of the Auditor General, H E Mrs. Meseret Damtie additionally explained how the office has made fertile, strong & work based interrelation with regional Audit offices since some years, and provided them several technical, material & capacity building supports to make the overall national auditing practices very standard & consistent.
The Ethiopian office of the Federal Auditor General, OFAG considerably supports the regional Audit offices of the country to fulfill their technical, material & personnel capacity building needs with boundless effort.
