ለፌዴራል ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤት የማኔጅመንት አባላት የሙስና መከላከል አቅም ግንባታ በሚል ርዕስ ለሁለት ቀናት የቆየ ስልጠና ከፌዴራል የስነምግባርና ጸረ ሙስና ኮሚሽን በመጡ ባለሙያዎች ተሰጥቷል፡፡
ከመጋቢት 4-5/2017 ዓ.ም ለሁለት ቀናት በመ/ቤቱ የተሰጠውን ስልጠና የፌዴራል ዋና ኦዲተር ክብርት ወ/ሮ መሠረት ዳምጤ በመክፈቻ ንግግር አስጀምረዋል፡፡
ስልጠናው የተለያዩ ሀገራት የዋና ኦዲተር ተቋማት ሙስናን ከማጋለጥና ተጠያቂነትን ከማስፈን አንጻር በሚያደርጉት የስራ እንቅስቃሴ በየሀገራቱ ከሚገኙ የጸረ-ሙስና ተቋማት ጋር በትብብር መስራት እንደሚገባቸው በ24ኛው የአለም አቀፍ የኦዲት ተቋማት ጉባኤ (INCOSAI) የተቀመጠውን አቅጣጫ መነሻ ያደረገ መሆኑን ክብርት ወ/ሮ መሠረት ዳምጤ በመክፈቻ ንግግራቸው አስታውሰዋል፡፡
አክለውም ይህንኑ የአለም አቀፍ የዋና ኦዲተሮች ተቋማት ጉባኤ አቅጣጫ መሰረት በማድረግም በሰኔ ወር 2015 ዓ.ም የፌዴራል ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤትና የፌዴራል የስነ ምግባርና ጸረ-ሙስና ኮሚሽን የጋራ ስራ የመግባቢያ ስምምነት (MOU) መፈራረማቸውን ጠቅሰዋል፡፡
የሁለቱ ተቋማት መሠረታዊ አላማና ተግባር በመንግስት ተቋማት ተጠያቂነትና ህጋዊ አሠራር እንዲረጋገጥ ማድረግ እንደመሆኑ ሁለቱም ተመጋጋቢ መረጃዎችን በመለዋወጥና ሌሎች የጋራ ስራዎችን በመስራት ተቋማዊ ሙስናንና ብልሹ አሠራርን ከመዋጋት አንጻር በትብብር እንደሚሰሩ የጠቀሱት ከብርት ወ/ሮ መሠረት ዳምጤ ይህ ስልጠናም በስምምነቱ ከተካተቱት የጋራ ስራዎች መካከል የስልጠና መደጋገፍ የሚለውን መሠረታዊ ነጥብ ለመተግበር የተዘጋጀ መሆኑን ገልጸዋል፡፡
ከመ/ቤቱ ተልዕኮና ተግባር አንጻር የስልጠናውን ተገቢነትና ጠቃሚነት ጨምረው የገለጹት ክብርት ዋና ኦዲተሯ የመ/ቤቱ አመራሮች ከስልጠናው ለሚገኙ ሀሳቦች ትኩረት መስጠት ያስፈልጋል ብለዋል ፡፡
ሙስናንና ብልሹ አሠራርን ለመከላከል የሚያስችል እውቀትና ክህሎት ለማስጨበጥና የአመለካከት ለውጥ እንዲኖር ለማድረግ የሚሉ አላማዎችን መሠረት ያደረገው የሁለት ቀናት ስልጠና የሙስና ወንጀል ምንነትና አይነቶች፣ የሙስና ወንጀል ባህርያትና ወንጀሎች ፣ የፌዴራል ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤት ለሙስና እና ብልሹ አሠራር ያለው ተጋላጭነት እንዲሁም ሙስናና ብልሹ አሠራሮች የሚያስከትሉት ጉዳትና መከላከያ ስልቶች የሚሉ ጉዳዮችን በገለጻና በጋራ ውይይት ማንሳቱ ታውቋል፡፡
Capacity Building Training to OFAG Management In order to Struggle Tendencies of Institutional Corruption & Illegal Working Systems
OFAG: 13 March 2025:- The Management members of the Office of the Federal Auditor General, Ethiopia (OFAG) are underway to take capacity building training that helps fighting & struggling institutional corruption & illegitimate working systems under cooperative works of different entities.
The two consecutive days training, covers March13 to 14/2025, prepared & delivered by The Federal Ethics & Anti-Corruption Commission of Ethiopia has been provided under the MOU based joint work agreement of the two institutions, OFAG & FEACC, signed two years ago, H.E Mrs. Meseret Damtie Chaniyalew, the Auditor General, the Ethiopian Office of the Federal Auditor General, indicated in her opening speech.
Continuing her statement to clarify the objective of the training, she also stated that the training is part of the points put in the MOU of cooperative work agreement that basically grounded the direction given by the 24th International Conference of Supreme Audit Institutions (INCOSAI) that mentioned all rounded benefits of joint works between Supreme Audit Institutions & Anti-Corruption Organizations to fight & struggle tendencies of institutional Corruption & unlawful accomplishments through combined efforts.
