ለፌዴራል ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤት የማኔጅመንት አባላት በአመራርነት ክህሎት ላይ ያተኮረ ሥልጠና ከአፍሪካ የእንግሊዘኛ ተናጋሪ ዋና ኦዲተሮች ማህበር /AFROSAI-E/ በመጡ አሠልጣኞች ከሚያዚያ 28 እስከ ግንቦት 1 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም የተሰጠ ሲሆን ሥልጠናው ካለፈው ዙር ተመሳሳይ የመጀመሪያ ዙር ስልጠና የቀጠለና የአመራርነት ክህሎት ልማት /Management Development Program፡( MDP) አካል መሆኑ ታውቋዋል፡፡
በስልጠናው ማጠናቀቂያ ላይ የተገኙት የፌዴራል ዋና ኦዲተር መ/ቤት ም/ዋና ኦዲተር ክቡር አቶ አበራ ታደሰ ስልጠናውን አስመልክተው ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት ማህበሩ የመ/ቤቱን አቅም ለማሳደግ የሚያደርገውን ድጋፍ በአድናቆት የሚያዩት መሆኑን ገልጸው በሥልጠናው የተገኘው እውቀት ተቋሙ ሊያሳካቸው ያሰባቸውን ግቦች በተሻለ አመራር ለመፈጸም የሚያግዝ ነው ብለዋል፡፡
አያይዘውም ሥልጠናው በተለይም በሥራ ላይ የሚያጋጥሙ ፈታኝ ችግሮችን ለመፍታትና ውስብስብ ሀሳቦችን ለመረዳት አቅም የሚፈጥር፣ መ/ቤቱ የሀገሪቱን የተጠያቂነት እና የመልካም አስተዳደር አሰራር ለማጎልበት የሚደረገውን ጥረት የሚያሳደግ መሆኑን ገልጸው ሠልጣኞች ከሥልጠናው ያገኙትን እውቀት ወደ ተግባር መቀየር እንደሚጠበቅባቸው እና መሰል ሥልጠናዎች ተጠናክረው ሊቀጥሉ እንደሚገባ መልዕክታቸውን አስተላልፈዋል፡፡
ለአራት ቀናት በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ የተሰጠው ስልጠና በአመራርነት ክህሎት፣ በተቋማዊ አቅም ግንባታ፣ በአስተዳደራዊ አፈጻጸም፣ በፕሮጀክት አስተዳደር፣ በኦዲት መረጣ እና በስትራቴጂክ እቅድ አስተዳደር እንዲሁም በኮሙዩኒኬሽን እና ባለድርሻ አካላት ግንኙነት ላይ ያተኮረ እንደሆነ ለማወቅ ተችሏል፡፡
ከቀጠናዊ ማህበሩ የመጡ አሰልጣኞች በበኩላቸው በስልጠናው ወቅት ሰልጣኞች የነበራቸው የነቃ ተሳትፎ የሚበረታታ እንደነበር ጠቅሰው የመ/ቤቱን አቅም ለመገንባት በማህበሩ በኩል የተለያዩ ስልጠናዎች ከዚህ በፊት እንደተሰጡ እና ለወደፊትም መሰል የአቅም ግንባታ ሥልጠናዎች ተጠናክረው እንደሚቀጥሉ ገልጸዋል፡፡
በስልጠናው ከ30 በላይ የመ/ቤቱ የማኔጅመንት አባላት የተሳተፉ ሲሆን በቀጣይም በተለያዩ ርዕሰ ጉዳዮች ላይ መሰል የአመራርነት ክህሎትን የሚያዳብሩ ስልጠናዎች እንደሚሰጡ ታውቋል፡፡
OFAG Provides Training on Leadership & Management Development
The Office of the Federal Auditor General, Ethiopia (OFAG) provided the second round training of leadership development to upgrade the skills of its management staffs.
The information from the training indicates that the four days capacity building program was facilitated by experts from AFROSAI-E (African English-speaking Supreme Audit Institutions) and about 30 management members were participated in the training.
Additional information specified that such training was the continued part of an ongoing Management Development Program(MDP).
In the training held from May 6-9/2025 significant leadership and management issues were covered, and areas of leadership, institutional capacity building, performance management, project and audit management, strategic planning, communication and stakeholder relations were discussed in detail.
H.E Mr. Abera Tadesse, Deputy Auditor General of OFAG attended the closing program and expressed his appreciation to the AFROSAI-E as an institution and the facilitators as committed professional experts for their continual support to the office in the attempts of developing professional skills of the staff.
By emphasizing the importance of the training and issues discussed in the training he also added that the trainees should apply the knowledge and skills they gained from the training to make their works effective by enhancing institutional accountability and good governance.
